Introducing Cycode’s New Field CTO, Jimmy Xu

I’m excited to announce that I’ve joined Cycode as their new Field Chief Technology Officer (CTO). Before I get into the nitty gritty of why I chose Cycode and what I hope to achieve, a bit about me: 

• I’ve been at the forefront of navigating the complexities of securing modern applications with over two decades of experience across development, DevOps/Platform Engineering, Cloud, and Cybersecurity. This has been in the  public and private sectors, and on both the customer side and solutions provider/Consulting side.
• I’ve led numerous successful DevSecOps transformations and advised countless startups, investors, and industry research analysts, gaining invaluable insights into the industry’s challenges and opportunities
• I have extensive experience in Application & API Security, Software Supply Chain Security, DevSecOps, Cloud Security, and Modern Vulnerability Management

Based on this experience, I predict that ASPM will redefine the application and product security solutions market and I’m confident that Cycode can solidify its position as the industry’s go-to ASPM solution, and continue delivering exceptional value to organizations wanting to protect their applications from code to cloud.
